BOSTON – Last night, CNN accidentally broadcast 30 minutes of hardcore porn instead of the popular travel show, but only in Boston.

According to the Next Web, the content only affected viewers in Boston because the mishap came down the line from content provider RCN.

A viewer took a photo of their television showing the content with the label of Anthony Bourdain’s Parts Unknown on the screen before tweeting that CNN had broadcast the wrong content when she went back to check on on her recording of the show.

CNN aired a marathon of the show Thursday night.

“I can’t wait until [RCN] wakes up [tomorrow]& realizes that hardcore porn was broadcast on [CNN] instead of [Parts Unknown] tonight,” user @Solikearose reportedly tweeted Thursday night.

According to British news outlet Independent.co.uk, RCN tweeted to the complainant Friday morning — who has since made her account private — “We have not had any reports of the programming issue you mentioned on CNN in Boston. If you’re still having an issue with that channel, please DM us your address so we can troubleshoot when you’re home.”

FOX25 reached out to CNN for comment, but have not yet received a response.
